DESCRIPTION

Evolution Powersports was first in the industry to design and produce a Blow Off Valve (BOV) specifically for small displacement factory turbocharged engines. The EVP BOV was developed in 2015 for powersports applications rather than automotive ones.

  • Tested to 500+ horsepower
  • Simple install; no drilling required
  • Body, piston, and cap machined from billet aluminum
  • Cap anodized and re-machined for easy spring-tension adjustments
  • Piston and body hard-coated with impregnated Teflon anti-friction matrix
  • Three sealing O‑rings for leak-proof operation
  • Produces the characteristic blow-off sound
  • Includes a pre-filter to keep dirt and sand out of the exhaust ports

Requirements:

  • Maverick X3 — requires EVP or other charge tubes with a 25mm BOV port
  • Maverick X3 Turbo 120 and 135 HP base models require an intercooler upgrade
  • Other vehicles require a 25mm BOV port
