DESCRIPTION

Evolution Powersports was first to design a BOV for small-displacement factory turbo engines. Most BOVs target automotive applications and have different spring rates and flow needs. In 2015 EVP developed a BOV built specifically for powersports engines.

  • Tested to 500+ horsepower
  • Simple install; no drilling required
  • Body, piston and cap machined from billet aluminum
  • Cap anodized and re-machined for easy grip and spring adjustments
  • Piston and body hard coated with impregnated Teflon anti-friction matrix
  • Four sealing O-rings for leak-proof operation
  • Produces the distinct blow-off valve sound
  • Includes a pre-filter to keep dirt and sand out of the exhaust ports
  • Not recommended for mud bogging. Customers who submerge their vehicles should order our BRV
